RELEASE

The participant of the course, program, and/or workshop is the undersigned, his, her or its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, consultants, agents, advisors (including legal counsel, accountants and financial advisors), representatives, servants, heirs, legal personal representatives, administrators and executors, as applicable, (collectively, the “Releasors”), for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby irrevocably and unconditionally release and forever discharge DOLLAR DAME INC., a company incorporated pursuant to the laws of Canada, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, consultants, agents, advisors (including legal counsel, accountants and financial advisors), representatives, servants, successors and assigns (collectively, "Releasees"), of and from any and all manner of actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, profits, contracts, claims, costs, expenses, compensation, demands, damages and liabilities of every kind and nature whatsoever, whether in law or in equity or by statute, and howsoever arising which the any of the Releasors ever had, now have or may in the future have against the Releasees for or by reason of any cause, matter or thing existing up to and including the date hereof. 

Without limiting the foregoing, the undersigned acknowledges and agrees that the Releasees provide financial and investment literacy training only and that the Releasees make no recommendations, representations, warranties or guarantees with respect to specific investments, investment vehicles or financial results (positive or negative). Further, the Releasees acknowledge and agree that any budgeting, debt management, retirement planning, DIY passive investing or any other material posted or linked to DOLLAR DAME INC.’s website and/or various electronic and social media accounts are to be used at the Releasors’ sole risk and expense. The Releasees make no representations or warranties with respect to the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any such third party material. 

 It is agreed that the undersigned has read this document and fully understand the terms of this Release, that the undersigned voluntarily accept the terms of this Release for the purposes of making a full and final compromise and settlement of all claims against the Releasees which the Releasors now has or which hereafter either may have arising out of the above-mentioned matters.

 The undersigned hereby declares that in executing this Release he, she or it understood and agreed that he, she or it has relied wholly upon his, her or its own respective judgment, belief and knowledge of the nature, extent and duration of any rights and entitlement that it or she may have with respect to the above-mentioned matters, and that he, she or it has not been influenced to any extent whatsoever in making this Release by any representations or statements regarding any such rights and entitlement, or regarding any other matters with the Releasees, or by any person or persons representing them.

 The undersigned acknowledges that he, she or it has had time to review this Release and he, she or it has been recommended that he, she or it obtain independent legal advice with respect to the terms and conditions of this Release and that this Release contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto and that the terms of this Release are contractual and not mere recital.

 The laws of the province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein will govern this Release.             

 In this Release, the masculine includes the feminine and the neuter genders and the plural includes the singular and vice versa and modifications to the provisions of this Release may be made accordingly as the context requires.

This Release will enure to the benefit of the Releasees and be binding upon the Releasors.

THE UNDERSIGNED being the participant who agrees by checking the box upon purchase FURTHER STATES THAT HE, SHE OR IT HAS CAREFULLY READ THE FOREGOING RELEASE, KNOWS THE CONTENTS THEREOF, KNOWS THAT HE, SHE OR IT IS ALTERING HIS, HER OR ITS LEGAL RIGHTS BY EXECUTING THIS RELEASE, AND THAT HE, SHE OR IT IS SIGNING THE SAME AS HIS, HER OR ITS OWN RESPECTIVE FREE ACT.
